If you require your goods sent using an express delivery service please call our shop to confirm your order, a flat charge of £8 will apply to all orders.
Delivery
Orders that have been placed before 1.00 pm on a working week day will normally be sent that day, *stock availability permitting. Royal Mail 2nd Class postage is our standard method for shipment, please be aware that this service does NOT provide insurance for your item or a recorded delivery service. If you require recorded delivery postage for your item please please call us on 01604 634068, this will increase the cost of postage for your item. *If an item is not in stock we commit to post your order within 10 working days. We will advise you if an item is out of stock with ourselves or our suppliers and all customers will have the opportunity to wait for their item to arrive into stock or cancel their order and receive a full refund. Once posted, we can not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage whilst your parcel is in transit with Royal Mail. However we are prepared to undertake any claim for loss on behalf of the customer, should it be necessary, and will refund if and when we receive credit from Royal Mail.
Returns or Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for alternative sizes or refund. Please contact us via email at adancersworld@gmail.com or via telephone on 01604 634068 for a returns form. All returns must be posted back to us with a completed returns form and must be sent within 10 days of the customers original receipt date. The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging in a saleable condition with all labels still intact.Any items sent back for exchange or return that have tags/labels removed, damaged packaging, soiled or marked can not be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned to the buyer.The cost of carriage for returns must be paid by the customer, we will not accept items that require postage or additional carriage to be paid. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post and would advise each customer to use a recorded delivery service for their own security.Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by A Dancers World (for UK mainland customers only). Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange.If you are returning your item for refund please be aware that a refund for the items original purchase price only (excluding carriage charges) will be made less a 5% charge for sale fees and administration costs.Please note that tights, under garments and any items of an intimate nature are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged if the packaging seal has been broken.
