Terms and ConditionsOur company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We comply to the Distance Selling Regulations. Prices Prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices exclude packing and carriage costs. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. A Dancers World reserves the right to adjust prices if suppliers inform us of price changes at short notice. All prices are quoted without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. Please be aware that the prices on our website vary from those prices within our Northampton based store.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of goods mentioned in 13.3 below). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can use the cancellation form provided at the end of these terms and conditions, or alternatively you can notify us by any other clear statement.
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, if it’s newspapers or magazines or if you have taken any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area; or
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.

All returns must be posted back to us with a completed returns form and must be sent within 30 days of the customers original receipt of delivery.The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging in a saleable condition with all labels still intact. Any items sent back for a return that have tags/labels removed, damaged packaging, soiled or marked can not be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned to the buyer. The cost of carriage for returns must be paid by the customer, we will not accept items that require postage or additional carriage to be paid. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post and would advise each customer to use a recorded delivery service for their own security. In store Returns We sadly cannot offer refunds for change of mind on purchases made in store. If you no longer want or require your purchase we can offer an exchange or credit onto your store account Your purchase must be returned in store within 30 days of your original receipt/purchase date. Any items returned for exchange or credit must have all original labels and packaging and be unworn. Items of an intimate nature this includes underwear and tights cannot be returned once opened. This does not effect your statutory rights.
